Bridging continents through internet infrastructure. We believe that reliable, high-performance connectivity is the foundation of the global economy. Every submarine cable we invest in, every PoP we deploy, and every IX connection we establish brings us closer to a world where distance is no longer a barrier to communication.
Chief Executive Officer
Marcus J. Brennan has led Global Net Communications since its founding in 1998, guiding the company from a Pacific Rim startup into a global internet infrastructure provider operating across six continents. Under his leadership, GNC has invested in over 15 submarine cable systems and built a backbone network spanning 45+ Points of Presence worldwide.
Prior to founding GNC, Brennan spent 12 years in senior roles at major telecommunications carriers in the US and Asia-Pacific, where he developed deep expertise in backbone engineering and international network operations.
"Our mission has always been simple — build the most reliable infrastructure connecting the world's networks, and never compromise on quality."
From a Pacific Rim startup to a global internet infrastructure provider spanning six continents.
Global Net Communications established as a subsidiary of GNC Holdings, entering the internet infrastructure market with an initial focus on Pacific Rim connectivity and carrier-grade internet transit services.

Extended backbone network across the Atlantic with PoPs in London, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam. Joined 10+ internet exchange points across Europe, becoming a truly intercontinental operator.
Launched carrier-neutral colocation and cross-connect services at 5 strategic global hubs, enabling seamless interconnection for cloud providers and content networks.
Invested in next-generation 400G backbone upgrades and new submarine cable systems, significantly expanding capacity across all ocean corridors to meet surging global bandwidth demand.
Now operating 45+ PoPs across 6 continents, connected to 20+ internet exchanges, with 99.99% network uptime serving hundreds of carriers and enterprise clients worldwide.
